HIPAA POSITIONING STATEMENT
Effective Date: April 27, 2026

FLOURITY provides wellness and relationship-support tools and is not, by default, a covered entity or business associate under HIPAA in its direct-to-consumer offering.

1. FLOURITY is not a provider of medical diagnosis or treatment.
2. Information entered into the app may be sensitive in context and is protected under our Privacy Policy and security controls.
3. If information from the app is shared with a licensed provider, that provider may treat it under their own legal and professional obligations.
4. If FLOURITY enters a provider-integrated arrangement in the future, additional compliance terms may apply.
